An accessible information line
The service runs alongside your existing contact centre. Your website gets a small embedded widget: the customer enters their phone number, we place the call, and a transcription window opens next to it. Every word your operator says appears as text; the customer can also type, and their message is read out to the operator by a synthetic voice.
Your operators do not need new software or new training — from their side it is an ordinary call. Integration on your side is a single embedded script.
