transkript.eu sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no tracking script, no advertising pixel and no third-party font or stylesheet on these pages — which is why you were not asked to consent to anything. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) for operational security, and nothing in them is used to build a profile of you.

One exception is worth naming: the introduction video on the home page. Nothing is sent to YouTube until you click play. If you do click, the video is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com and from that point YouTube's own terms and privacy policy apply to that embedded player.

Using an information line with online transcription

When you use an information line intended for users with hearing loss, your phone call is routed to a telephone exchange and a server that provides the transcription of the call.

This processing takes place in order to make communication possible between a Transkript online operator and a user with hearing loss, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest.

Your phone call is not recorded and is not processed further in any way. It is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Using the eScribeDroid mobile app

The app provides online transcription, either for face-to-face conversation or for calls to a chosen number. Detailed information is available on the Czech GDPR page.

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you have the right to:

• access the personal data we process about you;
• have inaccurate personal data corrected;
• restrict processing;
• have your personal data erased;
• data portability;
• object to processing;
• withdraw your consent to processing;
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.cz.
