Prefer not to use the phone?
If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you do not have to. Our own information line runs the same service we sell: you enter your phone number, we call you back, and a transcription window opens alongside the call. You read everything our operator says, and you can type your own questions — they are read out to the operator by a synthetic voice.

Writing to us in English by email is always an option, and we will reply in English.
What to tell us
It speeds things up considerably if your first message already says:
- Who you are — a public body, a company, a non-profit or an individual.
- What you want to make accessible — a phone line, a service counter, an event, or your own day-to-day conversations.
- Roughly what volume you expect, and in which language.
- Any deadline you are working towards.
